I only ship in the US. Shipping is paid at checkout. I cannot send pieces outside the United States.
Two parts of the cost
Fragile packaging is its own fee (about $12) for extra-care boxing of ceramics.
UPS Ground is estimated from Charlotte, NC by the state you choose. A closer state (like Tennessee) costs less than a far one (like California). The basket shows both numbers once you pick a state.
Local pickup
You may choose local pickup in Charlotte, NC instead. There is no packaging fee and no UPS charge. I will write you when it is ready. Please look at the piece before you leave.
When it leaves
I pack after payment clears, usually within 5 business days. You get a tracking note when UPS scans the box. Transit time is UPS’s estimate, not a promise.
How it is packed
Each piece is wrapped for a fragile ceramic. A scuffed outer box is not always a broken piece. Open it over the packing and take photos if you see damage.
Address and risk
Please give a real, deliverable address. Once UPS scans the box, the carrier has it. I will still help with a damage claim as the Returns page says. I am not responsible for theft after a “delivered” scan, or for an address you typed wrong.
