What I collect

When you order, book a class, or write me, I may have your name, email, phone, ship-to address, and the note you sent.

I do not keep your full card number on this website. Cards are entered on QuickBooks (Intuit).

The site may see basic device data such as an IP address and which pages you open, plus what sits in your basket on your own device.

How I use it

To pack and ship your piece, set up a class, send a receipt or tracking note, collect what you agreed to pay, keep tax records, and answer you.

I will not sell your name or email to other shops.

Who else may see it

Only people who need it: QuickBooks / Intuit, UPS, email tools, and (if needed) an accountant or insurer. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your basket

Your basket is saved on your device so it does not empty when you refresh. If I later add extra tracking cookies, I will update this page.

How long I keep it

Order and tax records stay as long as the law and payment rules ask — often several years — so I can answer a later question or a dispute. No website is perfectly safe, which is why cards stay with Intuit.

Your choices

You may email me to see or correct the contact details I have, except records I must keep for a sale. This site is not for children. If your state gives you extra privacy rights, email me and I will do my best to honor them.
